+翻了一下我以前的四六级的成绩单，我发现我的阅读和听力并不差，差的是写作。但是现在看到一段英文或者想要输出英文的时候总是下意识借助插件来帮我进行翻译。

+之前也有聊到过，自己对于翻译插件的看法：

+然后在与大模型日常对话的过程中，输入方式改为：使用 macos 的听写功能输入一段英文，如果无法表达完整会在听写完成后插入中文。
